1. Scope and Acceptance 1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed in our online shop. 1.2 By using our website and/or placing an order, you accept these Terms & Conditions.

2. Business Model We operate on a print-on-demand basis. Every product is individually produced only after an order is received.

3. Products & Copyright 3.1 Our canvas prints are created using Midjourney AI technology. 3.2 Usage rights are managed in accordance with Midjourney's terms of use. 3.3 Use is permitted for private purposes only.

4. Order & Payment 4.1 All prices are final prices in euros. 4.2 Payment is processed via secure payment methods. 4.3 The purchase contract is concluded upon our order confirmation. 4.4 We reserve the right to refuse orders for legitimate reasons.

5. Right of Withdrawal 5.1 You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. 5.2 The withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt of the goods. 5.3 In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will refund all payments within 14 days.

6. Shipping 6.1 Delivery times are non-binding. 6.2 Shipping is free on all orders. 6.3 Risk passes to you upon handover of the goods.

7. Warranty 7.1 Statutory warranty rights apply. 7.2 In case of defects, you are entitled to repair or replacement delivery. 7.3 Defects must be reported in writing within 14 days.

8. Data Protection 8.1 Your data is processed in accordance with the GDPR. 8.2 You have the right to access, rectify, and delete your data.

9. Liability 9.1 We are not liable for disruptions caused by the internet. 9.2 In cases of force majeure, we are released from our obligation to perform.
