Preamble VossArte is operated by Jean Charles Boyer, headquartered at 166 bis avenue de Montardon, 64000 Pau, France, registered in the PAU Trade Register under number 834 547 994, SIRET: 83454799400014 (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us" or "VossArte").

1. Scope and Acceptance 1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. 1.2 By using our website and/or placing an order, you accept these Terms and Conditions.

2. Business Model We operate on a print-on-demand basis. Each product is individually manufactured only after an order is received.

3. Products and Intellectual Property 3.1 Our canvas prints are created using Midjourney AI technology. 3.2 Usage rights are managed in accordance with Midjourney terms of use and applicable law. 3.3 Use is permitted for private purposes only.

4. Ordering and Payment 4.1 All prices are final prices in Euro. 4.2 Payment is processed through secure payment methods offered on our website. 4.3 The contract is concluded upon our order confirmation. 4.4 We reserve the right to reject orders for legitimate reasons.

5. Right of Withdrawal 5.1 You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the goods. 5.2 To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g., email or letter). 5.3 In case of an effective withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments, including delivery costs, immediately and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal.

6. Delivery 6.1 Stated delivery times are non-binding. 6.2 Shipping is free for all orders. 6.3 Risk transfers to you upon delivery of the goods.

7. Warranty 7.1 Statutory warranty rights apply. 7.2 In case of defects, you have the right to supplementary performance, reduction, or withdrawal. 7.3 Claims for defects must be made in writing within 14 days of receiving the goods.

8. Data Protection 8.1 The processing of your personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR. 8.2 You have the right to access, rectify, delete, and restrict your data.

9. Liability 9.1 We are not liable for disruptions or damages caused by internet use. 9.2 In cases of force majeure, strikes, or other unforeseeable disruptions, we are released from our obligation to perform.

10. Dispute Resolution We are neither willing nor obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

11. Applicable Law 11.1 German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. 11.2 In case of disputes, we will first seek an amicable solution.

12. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on the website.
