Right of Withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the goods.

Acceptable Return Reasons We accept returns for:

• Items not matching their description

Return Procedure

Return Condition

• For defects: Return product in condition as received
• Other returns: Product must be in resaleable condition with original packaging

Refunds

• Processed within 14 days of receiving the return
• Refunded to original payment method
• Full refund for approved returns

Shipping Costs

• For defective or incorrect items: Free return shipping
• Other cases: Customer bears return shipping costs

Sale Items Sale items can only be returned if defective.

Gift Items Refunds for gift items will be issued as store credit.
