Will it really look like my cat?

Yes — that's our promise. Our design team carefully studies your
photo to capture your cat's unique markings, eyes, and personality
before transforming them into the Art Nouveau style. Every detail
is reviewed to make sure it looks like YOUR cat — not a generic
version.

You'll receive a digital preview within 24 hours, and we'll adjust
it as many times as needed until you say "this is my cat."

What if I don't like the preview?

You won't pay for something you don't love. Here's how it works:

1. We send you a digital preview before printing
2. You request changes — unlimited revisions, no extra cost
3. We only print after you approve

If after several previews none of them feels right to you, we'll
refund you 100% — no questions asked. Your design is 100% risk-free
until you give the green light to print.

Once you approve the final design, we begin production. Since each
canvas is custom-made just for you, it cannot be returned after
approval — except in case of shipping damage or manufacturing
defect (we cover those, see below).

How long does it take to receive my canvas?

Here's the full timeline:

- Day 1 → You upload your photo
- Day 1–2 → You receive your digital preview by email
- Day 2–3 → You approve (or request adjustments)
- Day 3–5 → Your canvas is printed and finished
- Day 5–10 → Your canvas is shipped via USPS to your door

Total: typically 7–10 days from order to doorstep, anywhere in the USA.

What kind of photo works best?

Any clear, well-lit photo from your phone works perfectly. We've
created beautiful canvases from casual snapshots, posed shots,
sleeping cats, and even kittens.

A few tips for the best result:
- Good natural lighting (a window in daylight is ideal)
- Your cat's face clearly visible
- High enough resolution (most modern phone photos work great)

Don't stress — if your photo needs adjustments, our team will let
you know during the preview stage and we'll figure it out together.

What size should I choose for my wall?

Two sizes to fit any room:

- 24" × 16" (61 × 41 cm) — perfect above a desk, in a hallway,
bedroom, or as part of a gallery wall

- 36" × 24" (91 × 61 cm) — our most popular for living rooms,
above sofas, or as a statement piece

Pro tip: a canvas should typically cover 60–75% of the width of the
furniture below it. When in doubt, go bigger — it always looks more
intentional.
